Omocha Express - Toy Charity for Japan's Children

About Us

Omocha Express was formed by members of the Japan Rail Modelers of Washington DC (JRM); their sister club in Japan, the Iwate Rail Modelers' Circle (IRC); and the Sanriku Railway Company in response to the March 11, 2011 Earthquake and Tsunami disasters. JRM and IRC formed a sister club relationship in 2009 while JRM president Matthew Davis was living in Iwate Prefecture for two years.
